About the Job
Customer Service/Office (Full Time/Seasonal) person needed for a school picture portrait studio in the San Fernando Valley area (North Hollywood). We specialize in capturing portraits of students K through 12th grade.

- Looking for a multi-tasking team player with customer service experience and basic knowledge of computers and web-based applications.
- You must be able to communicate well in person and over the phone and bilingual communication is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Candidate must be able to work shifts 9 am to 5 pm and 12 pm to 8 pm at either of our San Fernando Valley locations, North Hollywood or Northridge, and be able to work a combination of 5 days (8-hour shifts) per week.
- A Live Scan is Required for employment consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Attending training sessions to grow knowledge of products and to develop customer service skills.
- Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.
- Processing and logging incoming calls into the CRM system.
- Identifying customer needs.
- Forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.
- Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Updating customer information as required.
- Maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Performing other duties as the need arises.
This is a full-time/seasonal position available from now through October.
